We offer services for both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Repairs not covered by our warranty will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Bağlanti offers a limited warranty on its gold jewelry for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects of the gold centerpieces, the chain links on the centerpiece and the diamond settings.
The warranty does not cover lost diamonds, the chain itself or the clasp mechanism. If the diamond setting fails due to manufacturer defect but the diamond is not lost, Bağlanti will reset the original diamond under the limited warranty.
The warranty does not cover improper handling or storage of the jewelry, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, and other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Please note that any unauthorized repairs on the jewelry will void the warranty. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by Bağlanti’s warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and repairs.
Jewelry will be inspected prior to warranty repair to ensure it is a Bağlanti original. Repairs will only be done on Bağlanti original products sold by Bağlanti and authorized resellers. Any non-original pieces will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense.
