Order Processing 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending availability of the merchandise and credit verification. Credit verification typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on your financial institution.

We will notify you by email if the merchandise that you ordered is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification, both of which may delay your order.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays

 

United States Shipping

Priority Shipping

We are happy to offer our customers free Priority Shipping within the continental U.S. with the U.S. Postal Service. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days following credit verification.

Expedited Shipping

If you are too excited to receive our products, we also offer overnight shipping within the continental U.S. via the U.S. Postal Service

  • Expedited orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day
  • Expedited orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on weekend days and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

  • At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Insurance and tracking is included for Priority and Overnight Shipping.
  • Signature is required for delivery

     

    International Shipping

    We are happy to offer our international customers two shipping options

    International Economy Shipping

    • Orders will ship within 2 business days following credit verification

    International Priority Shipping

    • Priority orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day
    • Priority orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on weekend days and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

    • Insurance and tracking is included for Standard and Priority Shipping.
    • Signature is required for delivery
    • The customer is responsible for any customs and duties imposed by the country to which they ship

     

    Returns and Exchange Policy 

    We pride ourselves on offering high quality merchandise and excellent customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return full-priced merchandise for a refund within 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise from us.

    • Full-priced merchandise may be returned and must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the day you receive the merchandise from us.
    • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged and unaltered.
    • Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached, and be in the original packaging.
    • Although we make sure to check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon delivery to ensure it is free of defect and damages.
    • Claims on damaged or defective items delivered must be made with us in writing via email within 24 hours of receipt of delivered items.
    • Damaged goods due to the customers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange.
    • Any merchandise returned that do not meet the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer and a $10 shipping fee will be incurred.
    • Merchandise in the condition stated above may also be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or for an exchange. These items will incur a $10 restocking fee.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

    Once the item is returned, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in the original condition it was shipped. Please allow 7 business days to complete the inspection. Once the inspection has been completed, please allow 2 business days to process the refund, exchange or store credit.

    All sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. Returns and/or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted. If sale merchandise is returned to us, we will charge a $10 shipping fee to ship the items back to you.

     

    United State Returns

    A prepaid return-shipping label is included with all orders for your convenience.  Insurance is covered in the prepaid return-shipping label. To qualify for a refund and free return shipping, the merchandise must be shipped out within 14 days of the day you receive it in the condition outlined above.

    1)   Complete the return form included in the order

    2)   Securely repackage your merchandise. Baglanti encourages its customers to go green and re-use the original shipping packaging.

    3)   Affix the prepaid return-shipping label included in your order to the package. Make sure to cover any existing shipping labels or barcodes.

    4)   Keep the other portion of the label for your own records and tracking.

    5)   Drop off your package at any U.S. Postal Service post office or mailbox OR visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange a free pickup.

    6)   You will receive an email when we receive the return, and also when we’ve processed the return.

    Please note:

    • Items shipped after 14 days of delivery to you will not be considered for a refund.
    • Items shipped between 15 and 30 days of delivery to you may be considered for store credit or exchange, and will incur a $10 restocking fee
    • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return, store credit or exchange.
    • Should you choose not to use the prepaid return-shipping label included in the order, you are responsible for the merchandise until delivery. We advise that you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation through the carrier you select in this case. We are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return shipment of the merchandise.

     

    International Returns

    At this time, we do not offer return shipping for international orders. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be shipped out within 14 days of the day you receive it, in the condition listed in our returns policy.
